YEP !!
They have MORE ways of "getting out" of being responsible for anything that goes wrong than a "fly by night" operator.
They apparently operate on the "caveat emptor" principle, "buyer beware".
SOFTWARE is especially bad, as most is either illegal CD-R "backups" or OEM, (Which has NO warranty from the manufacturer AND is ONLY supposed to be sold WITH a system!!)
I SELDOM buy anything there anymore, unless I can tell FROM THE PICTURES that it is what I want AND the seller has a 90%+ positive rating.

Yes it was for a $40.00 item and I live in Illinois and he lives in California. There wasn't really anything I could do about it. When buying on eBay make sure the seller has a high enough rating with a very high positive percentage. If the percentage is to low or the seller has no rating don't buy from them unless you are willing to risk losing.

yes, bought an LaserDisc player for 5.00 and shipping was 30.00. Never got the item so i went a filed a report about it, they said i cannot get my money back because the bid had to be over 25.00. I was made because they dont care about how much the shipping price was. Do not buy something that has a high shipping price and a low bid because its a scam.

Yes, I bought an asian piece of art and never recieved it. Ebay told me there was nothing they could do about it. That's why now I read the feedback comments and look at the score before bidding.
