just curious, ive been tempted to speak to the lady i see out my window everynight near my car..she just stand there and looks up my window

Are you sure it's a ghost or a stalker...just speak to "it" and ask what they are there for.

There are two possible outcomes, depending on who is around to witness your behavior:
Scenario 1 (people are present to observe):
If people are watching you talk to a ghost, people will think you are schizophrenic and will either: a) call the police, whereby you will be taken away for a mental evaluation b) leave you alone, but avoid encountering you in the future.
Scenario 2 (no one is around):
You will be reinforce your delusion that you are speaking to a ghost.
Ghosts do not exist. They are mere phantoms (pardon the pun) in your mind.

Go ahead and ask her what she wants. She is somehow connected to you or the place you keep seeing her and probably is not aware she is dead. If you talk to her there is a way to let her know she can move on, although she may have unresolved issues here on earth which may be keeping her leaving.

That lady could be a psychotic killer, or just some lady with poor mental health. There is no such thing as ghost. I'll worry more about the 'EVIL' living!.. or 'PSCHO' living!

Maybe she is not a ghost it could be a hologram.
