If you need funny - Come up with a christmas gift list and describe what you would get for each person at the station. Try to come up with things that pertain specifically to each one. If there's one who snores loud - a c-pap machine; one who has no style - a beauty consultant; one who can't cook? a fire extinguisher (get it? I crack myself up!) Anyway, you get the idea. Once you're all done roasting everyone, including yourself, finish off with something a little more serious like how you're proud to be there and if you have to run into a burning building you'd be glad to follow them in! ;-) Good luck

I really wish I knew more. Does your speech have to be religious in content? You can always read the "Christmas Story which is found in Matthew. You could always open up with some wonderful Christmas event that happened to you as a child, or remembering your first Christmas, or the first time you heard the Christmas story and what it meant to you - and then read the story. You can even change the words to read more naturally if you like. Or straight from the Bible. You can end it with the true purpose of Christmas and what it really is about - love and sharing - just as Jesus did when He came- the idea of His birth during 'this season' is really not relevant, but that He came and as the perfect example showed us how we are supposed to live our lives. I hope that helps.
