Do you watch survivor? They have challenges that could be made into games. Okay, so maybe you cut out the swimming out to the raft, but think about running to one end of the field, grab a tied down bag, untie it, run back, the next person goes until you rescue all four bags. Then open them up and work out the puzzle in the bags. You could divide up a jigsaw puzzle (make it first then break it into however many teams you have and then again into however many bags you would use). Check out the Survivor web site for more challenge idea.

Indian Poker
Pick up a card, do not look at it, place it on your forhead faceing out. That is your feather. Now bet pretzels to see who has the highest card.
It can get downright funny, speacially when an Ace of Spades folds to a Deuce of Clubs.

sissors game is good - everyone sits in a circle and you pass a pair of sissors to next person, saying if you have passed them open or crossed. Person who received them then passes to next person saying "I received the sissors _____ and am passing them to you (either open or crossed) and so on. Object is to figure out how you receive and pass them. Secret is that it has nothing to do with sissors at all, but the way your legs are - open or crossed. Its fun to watch people figure it out.
