Ive tried it using Firefox and Explorer cant even get window updates.

Ive tried IExplorer and Firefox, it wont even let me download Windows Updates. I turned my Popup blocker,and firewall off, but still no change. This has been going on for 3 days now. Then last night from about 10-12 I was able to download stuff and when I gort up this morning and tried it I couldnt again.

Usually, when this happens, there will be a yellow highlighted message near the top of the screen - telling you that the object was blocked and to click the "x" for additional information. If you click on that you usually get the option to allow that site to access your computer.
Also:
Some sites will not allow you access unless you allow cookies.
Your security might be set too high.
Click Tools, Internet Options. Then carefully check out all the tabs for Security, Privacy, ...

try turning off pop up blocker or do you have active x control, if none of this works try calling your computer maufacturing company..also if it keeps saying its blocked it may be harmful to your system
