I suggest that you should have your computer scan by an Anti Spyware program because these are already in your computer system and pop blocker can't do much about it. I recommend that you download Ad Aware Personal 1.06 from Filehippo.com. As soon as you finished downloading the the latest version, double click it to run the setup, just follow the instruction. After the program has been installed restart your computer. After that, double click the Ad Aware SE personal icon on your desktop to run the program, click start, then select Perform full system scan, then click next to start the scan. You will be surprise how much spywares are already in your system. Second, I recommend that you use a different Web browser, I recommend Avant Browser and Opera 9.02 both can be downloaded from the same site I've mentioned a while ago. These browsers have great pop blocker which make your web browsing safer. I also recommend for you to download Zone Alarm firewall for your protection against programs that are already installed in your computer without your knowledge and secretly, without your knowledge, are conneting to the internet (this is what hackers do they put a backdoor in your computer) with Zone Alarm, this program will notify you about a program trying to connect to the internet and you have the choices either to accept or deny connection. If you don't know about such program deny it or you can first check it with Zone Alarm website just click the learn more. I also recommend for you to download Windows Care v2.2 from Majorgeeks.com under the all in one category. After downloading it, have it installed. This program have a huge data base of spywares, adwares, trojans and websites that are full of sh_t, after you install Windows Care v2.2 you'll be automatically protected from this spywares and sites that has full of adwares and malwares. It will automatically block these elements before reaching in to your Computer hard drive.

You can run adaware or similar software which will remove "Some" but not always all of the malicious scripts running on your system. There is also a "Malicious Software Removal Tool" from Microsoft that will again find some but not all of the malware on your system.
Depending on what kind of infection you have (ie Malware, Trojan, Adware, VB scripts etc) it may be nessecary and probably not a bad idea overall to do a complete reload if using the removal tools is not successful.
Some of this malware can get into your registry and really do a lot of damage. Also when you start getting waht is refered to as redirects (Where you are automatically taken to website without your control) then you will really have a hard time even browsing the net much less doing anything else.
Another thing to remember when you do try to clean it is to make sure its NOT plugged to your high speed connection of thats what you have. Some Malware can replicate itself to protect it from being removed.
Its also not a bad idea to run a virus scan if possible( Some Malicious programs will corrupt or stop them completely). If you dont have a good one then go to:
www.antivirus.com
They have a free online virus scan that can give you an idea of what you have and I believe they have added a a spyware sweep to their list of free tools.
Wiping the system clean is the Only way to really insure that you get it all.
Good Luck

I have the pop-up blocker from the Internet explorer. Just go to Tools and then Internet Options. After that go to Privacy where there are different selections. Then you'll see Pop-up Blocker at the bottom and just click a check on "turn on Pop-up Blocker"
It is much easier to do if you have the latest version of Internet Explorer

You have got cookies in your computer. You need to go to internet options, and get your days in history set to 1 (the default is 20)--this will prevent this happening in the future. Then you need to clear out all your cookies and temporary internet files.
This really does fix this problem.

You will have to reformat your harddrive and reinstall windows. Sometimes you will find that the people who create these popups create methods to circumvent the blocking software. They subscribe to the latest and greatest versions of blocking software so that they can work on defeating it long before you ever need it.

You have a Adware\Sypware\Virus infection. I would recommend you post a HJT log. That infection you have has rgistry entries that need to be removed.
