Hang your arm over the side of a chair until you can't feel it anymore. Then when you jerk your yerkin it feels like someone else is doing it.
P.S. I usually use 2, one of which belongs to me!

I use only one - and plenty of ASTROGLIDE lubricant. It's wonderful - feels just like vagina mucus. So slippery and slick.
