You could do a google search or call the phone number to the office and ask for the name of the head of Human Resources. Otherwise, I would address it to Human Resources and the address. See if there is a way to apply online as well to improve your chances.

Call the company and ask the person answering the phone the name of the HR Manager. If you cannot get that, put Attention: Human Resource Manager after the company name and before the address.

there are generally ways to find out someones name at the company. HR is the best way to get your resume thrown into the trash, or at the bottom of a pile of other resumes. Your best bet is finding out the name of ANYONE at the company other than HR.

"Attention: Human Resources" should be fine. Be aware that most unsolicited resumes end up in the circular file--you'll have better luck if you can develop a specific contact inside the company.
