Each has their own advantages. I like breloom better
Breloom: Spore and Focus Punch to kill them all. One of the highest Attacking EV's in the game that is non uber. Suxs at speed
Tropius: Chlloyllphyl to double speed and pretty decent attack and special.

They're both great. However, I think Tropius has an advantage as it's also Flying-type.

i prefer breloom as it is both fighting and grass type and best attack for breloom is: gigadrain dynamicpunch headbutt and sky uppercut.
