Europe is a continent with several rich countries if you are talking in economic terms. However, none of the countries are as rich, economically, as the U.S. The European Union as a whole, consisting of I think 25 countries now, is still behind the U.S. in economic standings. If you are interested in one of the wealthiest countries in Europe with a solid Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and fine quality of life, if you can handle a bit of Socialistic Anal Retentiveness, check out Switzerland.
Europe is rich in many other ways though. Europe's historical richness is second to none. You should travel to Europe and enjoy the people, food, culture, history, and geography to truly appreciate how rich Europe actually is.

Your screen name is very fitting.
Europe consists of around 40 different countries. Some (ie. U.K., France and Germany) are very rich, although not as rich as the U.S. because they are vastly smaller than the U.S.) and some (ie. Albania, Romania etc) are not especially rich.
It's not offensive what you've said but it does make you look like a fool. EDIT: I've just looked at your other questions and this must be a joke. There's no way anyone can be as stupid as you are making out to be and still be alive.

Europe is not a country is a continent, and yes Europe is a rich continent because it has many countries with high PIB income and has one of the most powerful currency in the world which is the euro and it's stronger than the US dollar, making $1 us dollar equal to 0.76 cents of euro.

well, I am from Europe, so I should answer, but I am not albe to. It would be so hard to tell you about all countries. I am from the Czech Republic and it's economy is really BAD. Salaries here are low and prices HIGH. Average salary here is about $500 and 1 galon of petrol costs about $4.5.... crazy! But coke at McDonalds costs 1 buck...
