My one month old daughter can flip herself over onto her stomach. I just purchased the movement sensor for her crib that sounds an alarm if the baby stops breathing for 20 seconds...do you think its safe for me to allow her to sleep on her tummy with the monitor on?

At night dont let her sleep on her tummy, shes still to young and cant regulate her own breathing on her tummy. If she flips over at night flip her back, as for in the day give her lots of praise for being so advanced for her age!!! Wait till shes at least 4 months when a baby usually flips themselves. You dont want to chance it with your baby!!!

Once they can roll over you can let them sleep on their bellies, according to the health department. However I didn't let mine sleep on his belly until he could roll back onto his back.

It is a personal decision though, but with a monitor it should be fine.

I would say no. One month old is still too young. It is rather amazing she can flip though! :)
