Americans are so false anyway they may as well go the whole hog and have surgery shame they cant do something with their voice boxes

i think people are insecure about them selves so they feel the need to stick plastic body parts on themselves. i personally only think you should get this if you have had a serious accident and really need a body replacement or you have breast cancer or something. i dont think its because there pig ugly its just they haven't found there natural beauty which everyone has. i actually dont think most Americans have plastic surgery but it is common. i never thought boob implants were attractive just slutty and whorish. i really do think its sad that so many people out there feel the need to do this.

MOST Americans dont have plastic surgery i am married to a yank i have over 100 american friends online and none of them have had plastic surgery of know of anyone who has ?

I don't know where you get your information, but most Americans do not have plastic surgery. It is very expensive and is not covered under Health Insurance. Only those who can afford it and are convinced that they want it, get it.

I don’t understand why so many people in other countries hate us; you love to talk **** about us it dose not matter what we do. If you come to America most people will be extremely nice to you. Maybe is because we are all so busy that we don’t have time to sit around and criticize other countries. If we help you we are jerks and if we don’t help we are jerks. What the F***k do you want? Seriously, tell me I what to understand you I really do. What have we done to you? Why do you take such pride insulting us? and most of all how can I help you, understand are reality? because they have no dignity. a dignified person would accept that they are getting old, and allow themselves to age gracefully. if you take examples of celebrities who have plastic surgery, you will find that the ones who are older are generally American (such as Tom Jones or Joan Rivers) and that there are a few more English ones who have not had any (Helen Mirren appears to be plastic surgery free).

I think its because its socially acceptable to do so. the new norm is plastic. the need for perfection is so high and people start to lose sight of the bigger picture. we're only human.

No, not necessarily because their ugly, a lot of people who get it don't even need it. People in this country are obsessed with perfection (perfect nose, chin, profile, breasts, etc.) and doing the least amount of work to get it (lypo suction, butt inplants or fat transfer, etc.).

Because they are discusting and most of them think of themselves and want to be perfect, but it just makes life worse for them and everyone. They dont realize it.
