It depends if they have to make sense. If they don't, and we do not have a limit of the words that should be in the question (we count the questions like "why?" and the questions consisting of all the words existing), and we mark total of all words in a language as "n" than it is:
n!/(n-1)!+n!/(n-2)!+n!/(n-3)!+...+n!/(n-(n-2))!+n!/(n-(n-1))!+n!/(n-n)!
Of course, if you want to know a total of questions existing in the whole world, you would have to use that equation for every existing language, changing the "n" depending on the number of letters in each language, and then sum the results. This will take into consideration the inter-language questions (consisting of words taken from many languages)
If you would like to know the total of questions taking into consideration the inter-language questions, your n would equal all the words existing in the world.
Of course, this equation does not enable the existence of questions consisting of one word used up to n times. If we would count such questions , it would be:
n^1+n^2+n^3+n^4+...+n^n
But in fact, that would be not a good answer, because if we would count all questions consisting of one word used x times, it would mean, that such words can have infinite number of words, so our answer would be: there is infinite number of questions.

I wouldn't say there are an infinite number of questions, because that would require an infinite number of things to question about, which is impossible. However, the number would be so large that for all practical purposes it would be uncountable, and therefore seem to be infinite.
