Agricultural jobs: farming

Service jobs: retail, waitressing, cleaning (houses, hotels, offices, etc.)

Google "Dictionary of Occupational Titles" (without quote marks) to find the US government's online job title book. Once you're there, look under industrial, agricultural, and all sorts of service sites such as hospital, nursing home, library, retail, restaurant, etc.

If that is too much work, call the reference desk at your local public library (or go there and TALK to a ref. librarian). They have all sorts of stuff to help you with your project.
