I am an Owner/Operator and I run a 2000 KW W900 with a Cat 600. My MPG has not changed nor has my engine performance. I also own a 2006 Dodge Mega Cab Diesel 2500 and it is running the same.

The new ultra low sulphur diesel fuel should offer the same performance as regular low sulphur diesel fuel. The only difference is the lubricity of the fuel will be lower, so if you have an older diesel engine, you should be adding 2 stroke oil to your fuel tank(like 1 tbsp per 10 gal) to help keep the injectors and pump lubricated. Make sure to use two stroke oil because it does not koke up when burnt like regular motor oil(which will plug injectors).
