well, it depends where you are going. If you are going to the mall, then go with a casual tan, or a light blue. If you are going to a formal thing(i.e work, or a business meeting) i would suggest a white top. If you are going to a party, gold or silver, for shur. If it's a holiday(christmas) where a festive color. the in colors right now are red, blue, and white. hope i helped

Just about any color you like should do the job except possibly brown. But even brown can be ok, depending on the accessories and the type of blouse and skirt.

Pritty much anything. Light colors look best because they provide a nice contrast to the black. They only colors that I don't feel look all that great are navy and brown. Black and navy is a major fashion faux pas. Brown is almost as bad. Again-stay away from dark colors.

Well white of course, a soft pale green, pink, turqouise, etc. But honestly the only way i would wear a black skirt is if it had like a design on it.

a lot of things go with black but it depends on what you like
a white blouse would look great, or a light pink blouse would also look good, and blue would look amazing

Black does go with everyhting but I found that Pink, Purple and Blue go really well with a skirt

Best colors are WHITE and deep colors like plum, navy or a pretty green. If you wear the white blouse try wearing cute bold colored shoes with it like red. ALSO TRY LEOPARD PRINT BLOUSE SO TRENDY

Better question what color is your hair? If it's red then go with a green blouse, if it's blonde go blue or salmon, if it's black go with a white or beige, if brunette then grey.

Anything goes with black, honey. If you're going for casual, try some brighter colors like pinks, reds, oranges, etc. But, if you're going for the dressy style, I'd wear champagne, silver, or something like that.

For day wear...
Creams, Whites, Sage Green, and Teals look great.
For night wear...
Reds, Deep Purples, and Same Fabric Black Button-Up with a little bright colored cami underneath and buttoned down looks sexy but classy.
