Why not? But you always have to think about the fact that some people are crazy and could have a knife in the pocket. Oh, and I definitely don't recommend the "free hug" deal to any little children...

no thats not safe and thats really wierd. Its unsafe you give them a hug and then they take you and kidnap you or something and its wierd like oh yeah ill give you a hug cuz u asked for 1 uh no lol
