I was just wondering if Wii has a feature where you get to play against people over a internet connection? Like how the Xbox live works??
i know wii hooks up to the net but what does it all do

Yes, the Wii has WiFi connection, but it's not as good
as Xbox Live.

Don't go to Walmart they would not selling me a wii? I got one to checkout an they said they couldn't sell them for a week but I know they was selling them last night. The lady at the register said she sold one. So don't go there for any big ticket items. They sell to friends only.

you CAN play against others using wiiconnect24,which is the same as wifi for the DS
I belive yu have to insert a persons "friend code" before you get to play against someone,if youre wanting to play against a friend-hopefully like Tetris DS and Mario Kart DS, thell randomly put us up against random opponents
