First of all, you should not want any body to like you because of the size of bra you wear. The opinion of somebody that is only interested in your boobs is worthless.
Having said that, a C cup on a 32 chest does look very sexy!

Personally I would first take your age into consideration and if you are old enough, I for one would not care about the 32c bust. Women can be very sexy even if they are all not Pamela Andersons ( which is loathable ). Someone dear to me is also a 32c but I love her like I have never loved before. Its how you vibe with each other that count and though physical features are very high on the prioity list, one has to accept that one does not have to be perfect physically to love someone.
