i have a 1988 buick park ave elektra. i need to install the regulator on the window so it will roll up and down. i need to know how to do it or find directions on how to do it. i also need to put the serpentine belt back on. and one last thing it started stopping on me and then quit altogether. it did it one time before i put a new fuel pump on and it was good. coupla months later did the same thing for a few days then quit. is there a good possibility i got a bad fuel pump and just need to replace it or do you think my brain is bad? help please

No, unless you want to hold onto a car that's gonna drive you to the poor house. I Loved my 88 Bonneville, but it was starting to cost too much to keep it road worthy. Get something new or reasonably new and move on.
