According to the spoilers I have seen Prison Break will return at the end of January.

I can't tell you when it'll be back, since it's different for every show (and I don't watch it), but it's a "fall season finale" meaning it's the end of the season that happened to fall within the confines of the month or three that we call "autumn", not the series. It should be back, unless they cancel it. ^^

It's only the mid-season break, it did this last year too. The show should be back with new episodes early next year.

they say fall because the season finally is in fall and it will comeback soon but wait a bit because they have to make new episode and relax it will come back on

They are taking it off for a few weeks and than they are bring it back early next year.
