If I subscribe to HBO,can I get it on computer?

Using a cable box, you might be able to use a TV capture card to capture the output of your cable box but in most cases, you cannot directly capture HBO as few cable systems provide it on a straight analog channel.

As long as you have a video in and TV tuner on your computer ther will not be a problem. It will be no different than your TV.
