I know 2 Sembawang music outlets - one is at Junction 8, Bishan & the other is at Cine Leisure, Orchard Road.
I think Borders sells books? Haha. Anyhow, theres a store at Orchard Road too. I think it's at Ngee Ann City or Wheel Lock(sp?). Haha, I don't know which..
& I know there's a place which sells guitars at Thompson Plaza. & a store at Bishan, Junction 8 called Christofori..
&&&! A guitar shop at Balestier Shaw Plaza. I think thats what the place is called. Hahaha.

There are many music instrument stores at Peace Centre, Selegie Road. Nearest mrt station is Douby Gaut. I've seen many shops here selling guitars, keyboard, amps, some selling second hand instruments at fairly affordable prices.
