Honey I feel for you if you have f cups. I used to be extremely large & ten years ago I had 5 1/2 lbs removed & I'm a d cup. If you have insurance I would recommend breast reduction, It's one of the best things I've done & now my bras fit much better & I can wear the cute styles. Beside my boobs are firm & not saggy. I don't have the pain I used to have. Now people look at me in the eyes when they speak to me rather than looking at my huge boobs. The surgery is not really painful & the scarring isn't really that bad. I can still wear a bathing suit or low cut tops & the scars aren't visible. And I look more shapely rather than ackwardly built with those floppy things moving around in my shirts. And if people tell you to loose weight, that won't necessarily work I'm 5'4" & weighed about 125 lbs when I had my surgery so don't listen to that BS either. If you don't choose surgery, I hope you can find a place to make bras for you that won't cost you a fortune.

I'm a 34F and it's a nightmare - but don't get them reduced, be proud of your lovely breasts! Bravissimo is the only decent place I can get bras to fit and you're looking at thirty quid a bra. Not cheap. Alternatively, La Senza do SOME of their range to an F cup but I dislike their sizes.
