we were never married. and she has his last name.He didn't even want me to have her and for 5 years I listened to him sya he didn't want ant of this.So I left him and now he wants something to do with her.I just don't get why he can't leave us alone. She is much happier with out him around cuase all he does is when he is around is tell her wait just a minute while I finish my smoke or he puts on the TV so he doesn't have to do anything for her.And to top it off He has 2 kids from a past girlfriend that he convinced her to give those kids up for adoption.

when i was raising children and went thru a divorce ...i had abated all child support and drew up an agreement between the ex an myself. of course thru an attorney. he was to have no contact with the boys until they were 18 yrs. of age. and he had to pay no child support.

Legal question..You should check with a Lawyer and have that type of information provided that the courts may take that into consideration and the visitation may be limited and may be restricted to certain place and companies.

You need to seek legal advice in this situation . Until the court prohibits it he does still have legal rights to visitation but he also has legal responsibilities also. Get professional help as soon as possible. Contact your local social services they can be a great help.

Well your doing the right thing because if he sees her there is a chance he might say somethings and if shes young she'll be happy to see her daddy and will believe what he says. If you want him out then say that hes not a good example and if he trully loves her then he'll stay away.
Hope it helped,
Brianna

Legally, he does have rights to see his daughter. Due to his drug use, you can petition the court to only allow supervised visits. Good luck!

You need to get a lawyer and settle the custody. You would have to prove him unfit in order to keep him from seeing her at all.

the only way to solve that problem is court.
basically you have to prove that he is unfit in a court of law and poll the court for full custody with no visitation
