I would suggest going to apartments.com or another apartment website. I would also suggest looking on craiglist in that area for this type of apartment. Finally I would find the local newspaper for this area and look at the apt listings.

There are some really nice apts on West Bay Dr. in central Largo-close to the beach and easy to get everywhere else.
Seminole is also close to Largo and is very nice-not cheap, but nice.
Now Whetstone in Pinellas Park, cheap. If you bring a gun rack and a 6-pack of Busch beer and knock out some of your teeth, you'd fit right in!
