How can I put my pictures on my pink SLVR phone from cingular on my computer?

I want my pictures to be on there so that I can use some pictures of me for my new myspace that I'm setting up and so that I can email my friends and family the pictures. Please Help Me!!!! I have a cable because my phone has Itunes on it I just need to know how I can get my pictures on my computer.

On my cell phone you can send your pictures as an e-mail straight to your e-mail address. Try that!
