There's a mcdonalds in every corner of the world.
Subway...they're not as prolific but are here and there. I have not yet seen one in Amsterdam (been living here for 2yrs now) but have seen one in Delft of all places.
Paris....mcdonalds yes...subway...haven't seen it but doesn't mean it's not there.

McDonalds are absolutely everywhere. There isn't a single country in Europe where there are no McDonalds. Subway is rarer but they are coming. There will almost certainly be Subway in Paris and Amterdam. They taste virtually identical and cost around the same.

I regret to say that I've spotted a McDs in most European cities I've been to.
Milan, Rome, Athens, Paris, Amsterdam, Vienna - they've all got them and, yes, the prices are pretty much the same wherever you go.

Yes, the are all here (no Taco Bell though).
You pay more and get less. The taste is a bit different but then again; if you eat Chinese in NY it tastes different in Paris.

Just about every American fast food place is available elsewhere in the world. Taco Bell won't be there, and KFC could be rare. Otherwise, they'll all be found. They will also be about 10-20% more expensive.
