Just be honest and tell her it's over because it's the truth. If you keep avoiding it, it's only making it worse.
Having her say that she loves you is almost meaningless on your end because it seems that you do not love her, so it shouldn't matter to you that she says that.
I would just tell her it's over, you're moving on, and that you're not in love with her. She'll of course freak out, but there's nothing you can do. Why string her along if there's nothing there.

The Guide to Break-Up's
You: "Look, I wish i didn't feel this way but i can't help it, i'm just not into you like i was before and it's unfair to keep pretending. I'm and asshole and you deserve so much better than me so you have to let me go and move onto better guys."
Her: What are you trying to say? (Tear)
You: I can't let you waste any more time on me. I'm sorry. (Tear)
Her : But i love you. (Big Tear)
You : That's why it has to end. I don't deserve your love.
Her : Let me be the judge of that. (angry face comes out)
You : No. Gotta go, bye. (Scared and shaking) (Takes off)
End Scene
Now when you're done imagining how else it could play out in front of the mirror then maybe you'll realise there ios no guide to break-up's you just gotta let her know how you feel and hope she understands.

You know, sometimes people want to be polite and don't want to offend other people's feelings, but it can only make things worse. I think by not telling your girlfriend you're not in love, you deceive her. Next time when you see each other just try to express your feelings before she begins to tell you of her love. Also, i think she'll be very hurt to know that you didn't share her feelings for such a long time. Maybe you should conceal this fact.

Take her to a quite place...say to her that she is a wonder full girl...and say that world its not perfect and ideal...and say I wish I could love you in the same way that you do...but unfortunately its not like that. I'm telling you this cuz I don't want to lie to you. And this is the truth no matter how cruel it may sounds.

first and foremost you have to be honest with her. if anything she needs to use this failed relationship as a guideline for what not to do the next time. if you lie to her and feed her ego then she will continue to make bad decisions and mistakes with other people. and i am sure that is not what you want. be mindful that it is not going to be easy and she will probably not like you for a long time...but in the long run it is the best thing to do.

You can fade her out. Slowly stop responding to her calls and pleas to get together. Tell her you want to start seeing someone else. This will cause a confrontation however. You'll probably have to confront her feelings and her disappointment no matter how you do it.
Good luck, it's not easy what you have to do!

be honest to her.
shes gonna cry and she gonna be sad for a while.
but why would you wanna stay in something that dosent make you happy.
ask her over to your house
sit her down
tell her that it would be best if we see other people
and then go from there
she WILL cry its just what we do.
but at least you will be happy again
