First Miami has been a mess all year long, they seemed to have a descent team at the beginning of the year and they went downhill right of the get go.

Also Florida St., well WOW.I'm watching them against Florida and they can't run the ball, they can't pass, their defense is real realy mediocre and their kicker attamted one kick and it was nowhere near at being good.

Miami hasn't been what it used to be for awhile now. They are just being beat in recruiting. Then they have all those problems, the jailbird image, so people don't really want to go there. If they stayed in the old Big East they would have likely been better. Now with Temple, Miami, and Virgina Tech staying the Big East wouldn't have gone and gotten Louisville to join, as well as the other schools but talking about the toughest competition that wasn't part of it. Can't remember but I think Rutgers was part of the old Big East as well. Anyway keep them in with teh other schools and they proably do better and it is easier to recruit. Before people put down the Big East or say I am, remember Miami was able to compete, and so was Virgina Tech, when they first switched. Seriously though would you want to play for Miami? Would you want that convict image? As to Florida State I don't know enough about them to say much.

heres the awnser back then the rating staff was getting paid big bucks from the school so if a florida team lost all their games they would still be in the top 25 now that dont happen anymore so thats why you see a lot of unranked florida teams actually i think now miami is getting challenged now that they are in the acc and forlida state they just look lost its also been a crazy year

well miami and fsu might stink but look at florida....they have a good shot at the bcs title game...and then theres south florida who beat west virginia today to ruin their chances at the title game....i would say there's nothing wrong with that
