You will have to pre-order it from a shop like GAME
I doubt you could get an imported one because Sony is stopping people/companies importing PS3s.

you will have to what till it comes out just like the rest of us and the ones that will work in uk will also work in germany so look in ebay if you realy need one fast...
you can not get one from the us as the power supply is not the same as europ the best thing to do is what..
