Does anybody know what can get rid of them?
I am 33, not overweight, I work out, and I do not take oral contraceptives anymore (used to, but got an IUD). I do have to fly a lot, however, and it seems as if they get much worse after each flight.
My doctor told me that they are not bad enough to be removed with laser, but they bother me, especially because I have to wear formal dresses for work events. Any advice how to make them less noticeable?
I am using the Vita-K cream, and they are somewhat less noticeable, but I would still want to get rid of them. Any advice would be appreciated.

They are most prominent on my legs- calves and just abve them . As I said I am very fit and not overweight ( 110, 5' 4"),
Problems with blood clots do run in my family, but my doctor told me that I am too young to have that examined.

I would recommend a good women's multiple vitamin, an antioxidant formula (Vit A, C, E, and selenium), and a B-100 complex daily (B vitamins are sometimes helpful with this kind of problem). There are several good herbal products available that help veins. They contain Butcher's Broom and Horse Chestnut Seed extract. Check your local health food store for products.
You would be wise to take an aspirin before you go on flights. It greatly reduces the risk of blood clots.

When I turned 28 I already had been in pain, embarrassed, and scared of becoming pregnant. I didn't want my big blue varicose veins to get worse. The All Natural Varicose & Spider Vein Solution program was an easy read and easy to do. Within 21 days there was a big difference in how my legs looked and I can wear shorts without feeling embarrassed. I feel so much better with more energy and for giving me back a healthier body, and the legs that a 28 year old should have. Naturally heal your veins?

Where exactly are they most prominent? If they are on your legs, then it can be a manifestation of deep vein thrombosis, because of increased travel in a couched position with no movement of legs; or they just could be a manifestation of varicose veins. In medical parlance, spider veins are a manifestation of cirrhosis of liver when such veins are seen going away from the belly button. From your sketchy description this does not seem to be the case. If only you could be more specific.

I would deffianitly contact a professional, maybe a dermatologist. I live in Utah, and it is on the news about every other night, some new procedure that can be done.

You can get medical make up to help cover them. Contact the Red Cross and they will tell you how to get classes in application of the products...;
