I want to know how much you lot think is an eceptable amount to spend on clothes per year, or month? I always seem to buy cheap cloths and never really look as good as I should because i can't bring myself to spend a lot on Clothes.

You should concentrate on fewer good quality pieces that will last. Look at your budget to see what you can spend without going into debt. If you can buy just one or two good peices per month, you would have a nice wardrobe within a year.

Maybe $800 a year? That's about all I spend. Since most of wardrobe is classic and can be used seperately or together with other pieces. I don't go into fads and buy a whole new wardrobe every season. It really depends on your fashion sense. I really don't believe in paying top dollar for designer clothing. There is no way they could get me to pay $200 - $1000 for one piece of clothing. However, I do like it when I can find clothes that not everyone has. I'm currently living in China and getting tailored made clothes from designs I find online.

i spend about 225 dollars on clothes each year, cuz i only go shopping 4 times yearly. Its perfectly ok to buy inexpensive clothes, it means you're a careful spender. But if u think u always end up buying crappy cheap clothes, go to aerppostale and american eagle. they have clothing thats affordable and stylish. ae jeans on average cost $35, and aero's $25

I spend about 260 to 300 a year on clothes. My closet is small but my pieces are expensive or from a name brand company. Why don't you shop at ross or marshalls or tjmaxx. They are cheap and before they were shippedd off to those stores, they were expensive!

i spend somewhere around 60-100 bucks...it always depends on your paycheck amount and things like that. i have a 300 dollor car payment and all the other things and leave me with that to spend on clother and extra money for things tha might come up.

well,i live in iraq everything here is cheap n great but not very much so almost every month my mom n dad go to urope to buy cloths to us.............so they spent for me 300-500$ every month

well i spend(my parents i should say)about..hmm $50-100 a month..depending on wut i need. i think u should spend about $50 if you can afford, and 100-150 if u have the money...remember, this is only for clothes, accesories dunt count
