Whenever I listen to panic at the disco I want to run around calling ladies whores & break stuff just like their video and songs?
Should I seek help or talk to a priest?

um..no. it's not devils music..it's just expressive. as for callin ladies whores and breakin stuff..i really can't help u there..

I think you need to find your nearest drug dealer, buy a gram of pure colombian coke and go an a speed binge while listening to the sinister sounds of guitar riffs with never ending solos and screaching men with tights.
Or maybe not.
But do enjoy rock and roll in all it's sorts, the only devil is the one that tries to keep you from experiencing what you want to experience:)
