I would say USC by 14 only because ND's defense has been less than stellar. If ND had an average D I would take them but not this year. I would feel better if Floyd were playing but he is out for the rest of the year. I will say Clausen gets better numbers than Barkley only because ND will fall behind early and be forced to throw. Ramses & Lil Tsnami: Notre Dame beat Washington who beat USC so what does that say about USC?

Notre Dame. Too many weapons on offense and i dont believe that USC has the defense that Michigan had when they dominated the Irish in South Bend. This will be Brady Quinn's coming out party and may put him over Troy Smith for the Heisman. Even though ND will put up points, i expect USC to do that also because ND's D is suspect as well. This will be a shootout although ND pulls it out in a close thriller.

USC has better defense and Notre Dame is slow and can't tackle.

both teams will come fired-up to play, but USC will prevail.
1. USC's defense can shut down notre dame's high-powered offense. just ask oregon and cal.
2. notre dame's secondary will not be able to stop dwayne jarrett and steve smith.
3. notre dame will play like they have something to prove, but will trip up on some key plays because they "over did it"
USC will beat notre dame 38-17

ND because last time they faced USC last year USC had bush white and leinart but this time they only of booty and company and ND has the almost same team so ND 28-10

I think Notre Dame will win, but it will be close! Coming off the loss last year will hopefully give them more desire to win this year!! As long as they don't crush under the pressure.
