Firmness, shape, color of nipple and most of all - proportion to the whole body.
In fact, there is no such thing as a perfect breast but a perfect body.
It is the whole package that counts. Of course, personality counts too.

hard to say, it depends on the woman. Some people look great with large (Carmen Electra) While others look great with hardly any (Sheryl Crow) I think it just depends on the person
