I congratulate everybody that came up with 100/3! There is hope for the world. I looked at the answers expecting some people to give silly ones like 34/3 or 33/3, or 99/1! Remember the person that thought 20 as a fraction of 82 was 4.1? Of course, nobody would ever use that single fraction, except on a test. As a record speed, it was also usually just referred to as 33, or just as an LP.

33 1/3 = 100/3

To change a mixed fraction to an improper fraction take the denominator of the fractional part, multoply it by the whole number (3*33=99) , then add the numerator of the fractional part
(99+1=100) and place this reult over the denominator of the fractional part getting 100/3.

Works every time.
