I remember that Thierry Henry once took a quick free kick that caught out Aston Villa and went in. The cameras were still showing replays of the foul that led to the free kick.

Villa protested that the ref hadn't blown, but Henry argued that he had the right to take a quick free kick.

Yes, there has but not by a cameraman but referee like Pedro Mendes goal against Man Utd at Old Trafford...

not as i know of but a supporter in australia scored when the ball went out of play..and he brought the ball on the pitch(division 3 in australia) and hit it into the net and the goal stood a woman referee though but if you want to see that type this in...in a yahoo/google search

in the early days probably but now theres at least 10 sky cameras at every live game one of them would get it,

quite frequently while the so called legend mr moore was commentating for ITV, HE WAS A COMPLETE TOSSER, who in my humble opinion might be alive and well in this forum under the name of chief insp romanis.
