No reaction. All nitrates are soluble in water, so they will remain in the solution as all ions Ag+, 2 NO3-, Na+

If you meant AgNO3 + NaCl --> AgCl (solid) + Na+ (ions) + NO3- (ions)

Well nothing special both componds are soluble in water and nothing is exchanged in the process

There are no products because the reactants have no reason to change places when they are both nitrates.
