It is said that intensive daily workouts can increase testosterone. However, I cannot verify that I believe it.
You should take 100 mg. Zinc daily & B-complex vitamins, along with protein powder concentrate, and some raw bee pollen powder, this can help stimulate testosterone. But by how much, I cannot say.
simply having more testosterone - does not always mean increased libido. - I tried injections and patches for years and they did nothing. I still have no libido and no erections at all. so there is much more to the problem than blood levels of testosterone. And Viagra is pure garbage - I threw mine away.

Apparently if you lie in a bath of cold water every day it increases testosterone levels by a large amount. You start out with the water being only cool so that you get used to it and over days, weeks, then you drop the temperature as you get used to it. Also cholestoral turns into testosterone, so a high cholestoral diet would do that but obviously cholestoral can be very bad for you too. Working out also increases testosterone.

Yes, many suppliments are aimed at raising the test level..but be careful here, too much and you will have just the opposite of what you think you will have. An easy way to have more test is to eliminate the estrogen that test breaks down to. There are many drugs on the market that do that. Good luck

Cholesterol is the precursor to make testosterone. However, it is bad for your health.
