Thrift shops have things that are in like-new condition. The Dollar Store, if you have them in your area. Wal-mart, K-mart and the like.
Good Luck!
Happy Holidays!

Depending on how old the teenage girls are (under 15?) you can try getting them a little gift bag full of cool pens, nail polish, small lotions (good idea!) and maybe an itunes gift card (how much can you spare on them?). For the teenage boys, I'd try debit cards (maybe). The adult men I have no idea. The women might like slipper socks, lotions, and other spa items. There's a great website that has some cool gift ideas. I'm adding the link below;

Like you ... I'm not sitting on a pile of money, but, in order to find the perfect gift, I have to go to several stores. I don't think I've ever found all of my gifts at one store. I jot down what I think would be perfect for them, then browse the stores with my list. You can sometimes find a gift that's on sale for up to 80% off, in a store that is rather "upscale". Boxing day shopping (for the next Christmas) is a great time to get excellent gifts, at discount prices.
Have a great Christmas everyone!!

Depends on thier age group. If you want to buy for all but you think it will be pricey. Get all your friends together and do a Secret Santa. Here are some suggestions though: Ikea, Dollar stores get gift baskets together, bath and body works, Gift certificates to mcd's dunkin donuts etc.

Walmart and Target always a good choice.
If you don't want them to think how stingy you are by shopping at Walmart or Target, you might want to try Macy's because they usually have a good deal during a holiday time such as this. Especially when you have Macy's card, they'll give you extra discount.

i often get my friends gifts that combine local souvenirs from where i live with stuff i just found around town on sale. i just pick them up all year long whenever i see something cute on sale. one of the pointers for buying gifts is, get what YOU like, and they will probably like it too.
