Just noticed a file in my C drive called "bfd6ee28c62392d12fcf924e7d6056cd" and inside is a text document called "msxml4-KB927978-enu" and below is a brief explanation of what it is filled with. I'm not sure what it is but it doesn't look good, I don't want to just delete it - anyone seen this before so I know what to do?
