It depends on whether the organic is milk or soy based.

Soy based formulas are not recommended.

Organic doesnt mean its not milk based. Organic means the milk used has no chemicals added to the cows, or to the milk after its pumped.

Organic soy formula means the plants are grown with no chemicals exposed to them, and none are added after harvest.

Theres no studies what so ever to even suggest that organic foods, formulas, or products are in anyway better for people or babies than regular things. Although a lot of people just feel better knowing theyre possibly not ingesting those things.

One of my pediatricians said it makes no difference, as long as it is all milk based.

Another said that our daughter could have some stomach upset for a while during the changeover.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. (Isn't it great to find cheap formula??? That is what we use.)
