WHY AM I ASKED For a Network Key?

At times when I click on "contact us" to send on onsite email, I get a message that pops up saying it is a secure website, and wants my user name and password for Microsoft passport. I have no clue what it would be, or is it something I use for my computer sign on??

you need that to activate ur computer......bud....
