okay well yesterday i read on vibe.com and it says that bow wow opened up to the magazine and said he wasn't a virgin i don't know to belive it or not does anybody thinks that he is a virgin or not a virgin and why?

A better question is, why does it matter so much to you? Are you under the impression that if Bow Wow is not a virgin, you must then rush right out and have sex immediately? If you thought this was about "setting an example" for other youth, you probably would have said so already. I don't know why you have a personal stake in his sexual activity.
The best question of all is, why did he think anyone else needed to know his private business? For that, I do have an answer: so people like you would talk about him, and he'd get more press and either sell more albums or get more acting jobs.
