How do you get a job to do promotions and casting for movies, tv shows, and music artists?

how do you get a job like and is it steady? or just one project at a time? since the tv network, film co. dont do the promotions for them?

Most people have to start in an internship and work their way up. Many agencies and studios look for people with degrees in marketing, promo, that sort of thing. I think if you sign on with a studio it is pretty steady work, but it will depend more so on the amount of effort that you are willing to put into it. You haveto be aggressive and be willing to do anything that they ask to move up.
