Okay, to be more clear, I already have picked out an excellent answer. How do I communicate my choice to Yahoo?

Many have little info or are irrelevant. File 13.
Among the rest I look for info, well expressed point of view, documentation, and humor.
After that, I am arbitrary.

These are Yahoo's instructions--copied from the "help" site:

How and when do I put a question up for voting?
You can put a question up for a vote:
When there are two or more answers to your question.
After the question has been up for at least 4 hours.
Within the 4-day open period and before the question expires.
To put a question up for vote:
Go to the question.
Click Edit in the action bar below the question.
Select Ask for a Vote in the edit menu.
If you take no action and the question expires, it automatically goes to a vote.

A teacher once told me 'there no stupid questions, only stupid answers' so I guess this on is the exception on the rule
