After you press the "Prt Sc" button taking an image of your screen, you can use any graphics program to paste the image and then print it from there.
The program I use is IrfanView which you can get from http://www.irfanview.com/ for free, it's small and helpful for resizing images also.
So in IrfanView or any similar program, after you've pressed the print screen key, you open the program and press "ctrl + v" to paste the image of the screen and then you can print directly from there or you can resize or you can save it and open it up in Microsoft Word to handle it. Good luck!

If you have Paint or another graphics program, simply press the Print Screen key on the screen you want to save then paste it in Paint or the other graphics program. Save it where you want and/or print it off.

You will need to open Paint and press control+V (shortcut for paste). This will make the screen shot appear in your paint program and you can print from there.
