The guys who can see past the superficial do say it and mean it. They see that a good personality, a sense of humor, a sense of kindness, and honesty are beautiful things too. You might want to try it.

I actually do laugh especially when women are serious because only seconds ago we were judging the same people we're calling beautiful. Everyone notices a woman with deformities or bad fashion sense but most wouldn't say anything to hurt their feelings.

Ya - that's like men saying they're hotncool; what a contradiction. Funny thing is ... a lot of men say all women are beautiful too. Look at the women in your family, you can't tell me they are all super models, but they have men that love them and think they are beautiful, including you right?

no, because all women are truely beautiful, just a guys view and a womans view are veeeery different. Women are just in their nature, graceful creatures and thats how other women look at them but the male point of view is just baseing them on the outside (bust, size jeans, hair, face, etc.). They usually say this to make woman feel beautiful,unique or special and to lift confidence because women sometimes ncompare themselves to super-skinny models.
Guys dont need that because they have huge egos :P
