In a manner of speaking, yes I do. I don't think that's always such a bad thing, either, as long as one still lives by the basics of reality, like having a job and not breaking laws, etc. I'm a dreamer, and always have been, but I still do what's expected of me as a wife and mother and a member of society.

Yes, I think accepting reality helps you to deal with issues you want to avoid, but on the other hand, substituting your own helps make life easier in a big way, so I do it all the time with ghosts that I see everyday.
